Shelter Is. House on Bootleggers Cove

This 4500sf new house overlooks the ocean and Sag Harbor beyond. This house had five bedrooms, a large family room and a billiard room in the cellar. Special attention was paid to the extreme environment in the detailing and selection of exterior materials.
