East Side Duplex with Glass & Wood Stair
This project combined two one bedroom co-ops vertically. A new stair was installed in the living dining room leading down to the family quarters on the lower level. The stair featured water clear glass panels held in place with custom clips ornamented with cast-bronze frogs inspired by Giacometti.
