Shelter Is. Compound on Gardiner's Bay

This 6,000 sf main house and 900 sf pool house are built on 3.5 acres over-looking Long Island Sound near Hay Beach. The main house included 4 family bedrooms, two guest rooms, a gym and a media room. The project was designed in 2010, the main house built in 2011 and the pool house and tennis court built in 2012. Sara Story Design was the interior designer. This project was featured on the cover of Luxe in 2013. Amanda Loy was project architect for all phases of this project.
