Fifth Avenue Co-op for a Young Family
This 2,700 sf Fifth Avenue apartment had not been renovated since it was built in the 1960’s. The entire apartment was gutted and renovated within the building-required 100 calendar day schedule. The overall design intention was to create an open and serene loft-like atmosphere in the public spaces while maintaining the privacy of the bedrooms.
