Duane Street Facade Restoration
This landmarked building was the last unrestored cast-iron façade on one of New York’s most beautiful public spaces – Duane Triangle. The existing façade had been modified with plywood boxes and stucco to areas where original elements had been removed. The restoration included new fluted column covers and a copper cornice as well as new lighting and doors. The entire façade was cleaned and painted. The project was completed in 2014.
